Any information you give to Upbeat Audio, LLC from the Boostaroo.com web site will never be shared or sold to another company. We may, however, occasionally email you information about special pricing or new product announcements. These emails will include an easy to use un-subscribe link that can be used to permanently remove your name and email address from future mailings.
All information used during the ordering process is not captured if the order is not completed.
Security Policy
Our order process is totally safe and secure. All points where we ask you to provide personal or credit card information are secured with SSL encryption. In addition, all Credit Card authorizations are handled through a secure link to Authorize.net for maximum protection.
Order Policy
You may at any time choose to alter or cancel your order before actual shipment. You may also choose to return purchased product within 90-days of purchase for a refund of the total product cost. We ship all orders based on the following guidelines:
Domestic Shipping
Orders generally ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 2:00pm EST. We will make every effort to send out your orders as quickly as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

UPS Next Day
- Next-business-day delivery by 5 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 6:30 to rural areas.
- Monday-Friday
- Available throughout contiguous U.S.
UPS 2nd Day
- By 6:00 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences)
- Monday-Friday
- Available throughout contiguous U.S.
UPS Ground
- 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
- Monday-Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day.
- UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, unless they are associated with a UPS Store.
USPS Priority Mail
- Available in all 50 U.S. States, and outlying territories
- 2-3 days within the contiguous U.S.
- 5-6 days to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa).
- Monday-Saturday. Delivery time depends on local carrier route.
International Shipping
Boostaroo.com does not guarantee delivery to, or process orders from, some countries. If you have any questions, please contact our Shipping Department (800-800-4354). We apologize for any inconveniences.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. Your are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.
Customs Value: Boostaroo.com is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any request to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
Holiday Shipping Policy
Due to the closure of our parcel carrier services. We are unable to ship packages on the following days in 2008:

Return Policy
We guarantee you're going to love your Boostaroo! To prove it, our Boostaroo products have a 90-day, no-questions asked, return policy of the full product purchase price. (Products must have been ordered from Boostaroo.com to be eligible for refund. Refund excludes shipping costs.)

- To expedite your return. Please download the Product Return Form follow all of the instructions, and include the form with your return.
Product Warranty
Boostaroo products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal installation, use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of
purchase as shown on the purchaser's receipt.
The obligation of UpBeat Audio, LLC dba Boostaroo.com under its warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement (at our
option), during the warranty period of any part which proves defective in material or workmanship under
normal installation, use and service, provided the product is returned to UpBeat Audio, LLC,
TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID. Products returned to us or to an authorized Service Center
must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt. In the absence of such purchase receipt, the
warranty period shall be one (1) year from the date of manufacture.
This warranty shall be invalid if the product is damaged as a result of defacement, misuse, abuse, neglect,
accident, destruction or alteration, improper electrical voltages or currents, repair, alteration or maintenance
by any person or party other than our own service facility or an authorized Service Center, or use of any
violative of instructions furnished by us.
This one-year warranty is in lieu of all expressed warranties, obligations or liabilities, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE YEAR DURATION OF THIS
WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED
WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or
consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
