These are the policies we use to guide how we deal with the sensitive information you provide us. They also let you know how we ship the orders we receive and how you can return an item if necessary.

Privacy Policy

We will never sell, share, or rent any information you give to Upbeat Audio, LLC from the Boostaroo.com web site. We may occasionally email you information about special promotions or new product announcements. These emails will include an easy to use un-subscribe link that can be used to permanently remove your name and email address from future mailings.

Credit card information used during the ordering process is not captured if the order is not completed. To keep our customers safe, we do not keep certain credit card information on record in accordance with PCI standards of major credit card issuers.

Contest / Giveaway Policy

We reserve the right to email you information about current promotions or new product announcements to any email submitted. These emails will include an easy to use un-subscribe link that can be used to permanently remove your name and email address from future mailings.

Contest-Giveaway contestant(s) will be notified electronically to the name and email given during the promotion of their winnings.

Security Policy

Our order process is safe and secure. All points where you provide personal credit card information are directly secured with SSL security encryption by our merchant provider Authorize.net.

Order Return and Cancellation Policy

You may at any time choose to alter or cancel your order before actual shipment. Boostaroo Audio Amplifiers may be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping. All other products sold through the Boostaroo.com website may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will also pay the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders based on the following guidelines:

Domestic Shipping

In stock orders generally ship within 24 hours Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays. We will make every effort to send your orders as quickly as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability. In which case, we will notify you immediately of any back orders.

Boostaroo.com and its parent company New UpBeat Audio, LLC are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit. If your package has been lost or stolen please call us at 1-800-800-4354 or +1.616-837-9500, and we will try and assist you in the best manner possible.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. Your are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.

Customs Value: Boostaroo.com is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any request to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.

Holiday Shipping Policy

Due to the closures of our parcel carrier services. We may be unable to ship packages on the following days in 2014:

  • July 4 - Independence Day

Warranty

Boostaroo Amplifier products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser's receipt. Boostaroo.com at its discretion, will replace the defective product with either the same model purchased, or a different model of equivalent performance or value.

All other non-Boostaroo products sold through the Boostaroo.com website are warranted by the products manufacturer to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, use and service for a period determined solely by the product's manufacturer. Any damage or defects to the products must be reported to its specific manufacturer.

The consumer is not liable for any shipping costs of the original Boostaroo product to our service facility for warranty exchange. UpBeat Audio will provide a replacement product and pre-paid return envelope for the warranted item to the service facility.

The obligation of New UpBeat Audio, LLC dba Boostaroo.com under its warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement (at our option), during the warranty period of any part which proves defective in material or workmanship under normal installation, use and service, provided the product is returned to UpBeat Audio, LLC, TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID. Products returned to us or to an authorized Service Center must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt. In the absence of such purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be one (1) year from the date of manufacture.

This warranty shall be invalid if the product is damaged as a result of defacement, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, destruction or alteration, improper electrical voltages or currents, repair, alteration or maintenance by any person or party other than our own service facility or an authorized Service Center, or use of any violative of instructions furnished by us.

This one-year warranty is in lieu of all expressed warranties, obligations or liabilities, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE YEAR DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
